She and her team are an important part of our pre-development process. Together, they work with customers to identify how our technology can be integrated into new vehicles.

They’re always innovating—brainstorming ways to evolve our products for the future, so our customers can be confident they’re getting the best ride control technology.

Emilie is a material research engineer in Sint-Truiden who’s focused on the future of mobility. She and her team work to meet the challenges electric vehicles pose for intelligent suspension, from balancing weight with performance to enhancing the human experience.

His talents have landed at the Tenneco Engineering Center in Gliwice, where he uses his knowledge to push the limits of Monroe Intelligent Suspension with virtual simulation. Computerized prototyping and testing saves time and money, reducing material usage and ensuring the highest level of quality and performance for our advanced suspension systems.

Greg must constantly champion performance to ensure that our intelligent suspension technology reaches its highest potential while also meeting the customers’ technical specifications.
